This course introduces you to the scope and parameters of the social work profession. It provides an overview and rationale for the BSW(Hons) curriculum by presenting on key areas of social work knowledge and practice, including the diversity contexts of social work intervention, the range of theory and knowledge that informs social work practice, and the code of ethics that guides professional intervention.
