This course will focus on community interpreting in domestic settings, in which you will concentrate on two main areas of community interpreting: medical and welfare. The course will introduce you to the contextual knowledge needed to operate in these two settings and will develop the interpreting and linguistic skills necessary to work as professional community interpreters.
