In this course you will develop the fundamental knowledge and skills to understand how human physiology facilitates exercise and how our bodies adapt over time following exercise training. You will develop pragmatic exercise physiology assessment skills and begin to understand how to utlise various forms of exercise stress to drive desired physiological adaptations to improve performance and health.
