Building Environments and Technics 1 is an introduction to the structural, constructional and physical principles of the built environment. The course will investigate the significance of building materials and the perception of spaces in relation to their use along with the construction of primary building elements including foundations, floors, walls, openings, roofs and stairs and their application to the built environment.
